Free habit tracker for iPhone
Compound your discipline.
Small things, done daily, add up to a different life. CoreRun keeps the streak going: one tap to tick a habit, a grace day when life happens, and a gentle note from your iPhone at the end of each week.

How it works
A few seconds a day. Years of results.
CoreRun is built around one loop: show up, tick it, see the curve bend.

Tick it in one tap
From the app, the home screen widget, Control Center or Siri. Checklists for habits with steps.

Watch it compound
Streaks, a 66-day habit formation ring and the compound curve show what your days are adding up to.

Reflect, morning and night
Two short journal prompts a day, a calendar of every entry, and photos if you want them.
New in 1.1
Your habits, without opening the app.
Just ask Siri
Siri knows your habits by name, and also works from Shortcuts, Spotlight and the Action button.
Your week, by Apple Intelligence
Each week your iPhone reads your check-ins and writes three short lines. It runs on the phone itself: nothing is sent anywhere.

Questions
Good to know
Is CoreRun really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no ads. There is nothing to unlock.

No. Tap “Try it first” and start right away. Save your account with Apple, Google or email whenever you like, which keeps your streaks safe on a new phone and lets you join groups.
What does Apple Intelligence see?
The weekly reflection is written by the model on your iPhone. Your habits never leave the phone for it, and no AI company receives them.
Which iPhones does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. The weekly reflection needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Everything else works everywhere.
Which languages?
English, Spanish, Hindi and Telugu.
Who makes it
Built by one person, free for everyone.
CoreRun is made by Yeswanth Varma Kanumuri at One Energy Together, a small studio that builds calm, private apps. I built it for my own mornings and kept it free.
